ORNERY OLE CUSS STEW

1-1/2 lbs ground meat
1/2 lb. ground hamburger
1/2 lb. sausage
2 cans whole chilies, rinsed
2 cups shredded cheddar and jack cheese
3/4-cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons Flour

Brown meat:Make two layers of meat, chilies, and cheese
Mix egg, milk, and flour. Pour over the top of layers
Cook in 10 inch Dutch oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
with 12 briquettes on top and 8 on the bottom. To double recipe increase time by 15 to 20 minutes.
