2 cup baking mix (Bisquick) 2 tbsp. Cocoa powder 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 3/4 cup yogurt 3 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. oil 2 cup sliced strawberries 1-tbsp. sugar 1-1/2 cup whipped cream Combine baking mix, Cocoa and nutmeg in a medium bowl and mix well. Add yogurt, honey and oil, stirring until soft dough forms. Drop dough by large spoonfuls into a greased 12-inch Dutch oven, 1 inch apart. Bake shortcakes in oven with 8 briquettes on the bottom and 15 to 18 on top, about 15 minutes. Combine strawberries and sugar in a small bowl Slice cooled shortcakes in half horizontally and place bottom halves on individual plates. Divide whipped cream and straw- berries among shortcake bottoms. Top with remaining short- cake halves. Serve immediately. |
