QUICK BEER BREAD

Combine following ingredients 3 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 Room temperature beer
1 tsp. Salt

Tests have shown that Coors Light gives the bread the best flavor.

Warm and oil a 12" Dutch oven. Mix together the 4 ingredients and pour into the oven. Bake at 350 in your oven at home, for 35 to 45 minutes or until you can smell it. When using the APS 2000 or Volcano, 10 or 11 briquettes in a circle underneath. When using just briquettes, 10 bottom and 15 top. If you are using propane, be sure to use a deflector shield on the Camp Chef burners, with low heat and the Dutch cap, or 12 briquettes on top to bake.
