1 12 oz. Can of beer (room temp.)3 Tbs. sugar 3 1/4 cup flour 3 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 2 Tbs. butter, melted Mix all ingredients until sticky dough is formed. let rise in a greased and warmed 12" Dutch oven. Smooth top of dough and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until you can smell it. Brush with melted butter for last 10 minutes of baking or spray with liquid butter or oil. When using the Vokano or Collapsible 10 briquettes on the bottom. When using briquettes only, 10 on the bottom and 15 on top. Note: Coors light seems to have the best taste! |
